Premium service - but a premium price

Martin's is by far one of the finest mechanic shops I have been to in over 40 years. Their service, work, and ethics are unmatched. I have recommended them to anyone who needs car work, and will continue to do so in the future. All of that being said, they are not cheap. You will pay more here than other shops, but you will also get a team of dedicated professionals who will bend over backwards to help you out, who will take the time to happily explain everything that needs to be done, and will stand by their work. In my opinion, well worth the price.

Chris, it is an honor to have you understand that what we offer our customers with top technicians, service advisors and equipment can at time cost a bit more. We do all we can to keep our services equal to their costs as we also backup all we do with customer service that equals no other. Management goes the extra mile!!! I’ve been a loyal, satisfied customer for many years. Recently I experienced an issue with a repair done here. Martins didn’t have to fix it. They stepped up, showed their integrity and resolved my issue. As always, they put the customer first! Thanks Guys!!

I needed an oil change and checkup on my car. Martin's got me in right away and gave me a ride to and from my office. I'm also impressed with the informative email stating exactly what was done and what is recommended to be done with the car. The price is comparable to what I've paid at previous shops for an oil change & checkup. The only negative was that I was told the car would be ready in about an hour and after 1 1/2 hrs I called to check on the status. I would have preferred someone call me at the one hour mark to give me an update. Outside of that minor issue I am very pleased and will certainly return to the shop.

I moved here from Oklahoma where I always had my dad or brother to work on my vehicle. I was referred to Martin's by a shop which specializes is a specific make (I have a Ford). I never felt like I was being taken advantage of and Glenn took great care in explaining things to me. I will continue to service my car here.

Excellent service...they always go the extra mile. I was referred to Martin's Auto Repair about 2 years ago and have been using them ever since. They are the only place I go for any auto work because they always go the extra mile as far as service. The technicians are great and they fix the problem the first time. They have done everything from oil changes to major repairs for me and I have never had to bring my car back after they worked on it. Their facility is also the cleanest, most well-maintained shop I have ever seen. I absolutely recommend Martin's Auto Repair.

Good, trustworthy mechanic, the best I have seen. Martin's Auto Repair has done both maintenance and repair work for me on 2 different cars in the last couple of years. They are the real deal. Their honesty is the main reason I continue to use them, as well as their know-how and ability to fix things. Dave is a good, trustworthy mechanic, the best I have seen.

Excellent service and value as well as great customer service Martin's Auto Repair provides excellent service and value. I've been taking my car here for service for the last 8+ years. They've consistently and accurately diagnosed my car's repairs and the cost is always well below the dealer's. I trust the service recommendations as the mechanics are all very knowledgeable and friendly. I also love the free shuttle service provided. I highly recommend Martin's Auto Repair and have referred many of my friends.

At last, an honest repair shop... I recently took my car to their shop on a friend's recommendation after I swiped a curb with my tire and took a chunk out of it. I went in with the full expectation of getting a new set of tires. After showing the damage to Mr. Martin, he stated that I didn't need new tires yet and that I should just monitor it in case it gets worse. How many shops do you know of that do the right thing, even if it means not getting a sale? I won't be taking any more chances at other places since I know I'll be taken care of at Martin's.

Martin's Automotive is the only place I'll take my truck for repairs! I've been dealing with Martin's Automotive for several years and I trust them completely! They are fair and honest! The mechanics do excellent work and I won't trust my truck being worked on with any other shop in town! I've recommended their shop to several of my friends and they are happy with the work they perform as well.

Great Auto service I've been going to Martin's automotive for several years now and have great service each time. I started going to Martin's after having problems with the quick lube centers. Dave and his mechanics are very knowledgeable and skilled. I trust what they suggest for service and how they work on my vehicle.

The best auto repair shop in town ! I have been a long standing customer of Martin's Auto Repair. Dave and his team have had the opportunity to service both my personal vehicles as well as a few of my company cars. I'm very happy with Martin's fixing my vehicle, and keeping in contact with me as to what is needed. I used to take my truck to the dealer to service when needed, but Martin's is better and costs much less. They are more willing to work with the customer instead of treating me as if I know nothing

I just relocated to Phoenix with an older vehicle and I am looking for a trustworthy mechanic. Martin's completed a 41 point inspection on my vehicle and when I checked their recommendations against my maintenance log every thing they noted was legitimate and there wasn't anything recommended that had been done I came to Phoenix. This people are very honest and service-oriented. I will be going back to have these items fixed.

I mostly do work myself as I only have older cars, but came across a problem I couldn't figure out. I brought my truck in with a mystery issue (that, in all honesty I created). Dave called every step of the way with what they found. They alerted me to other issues, but didn't pressure me about them.
Problem solved, and the truck runs great. I would feel comfortable recommending them.

I have been using Martin’s Auto for two years now . They keep my FJ in tip top condition and it has over 105 thousand miles on it . And the best thing as a single woman is being able to trust them.

Going to have a car fixed is a hassle with the fees and finding a good mechanic. I have to say, I enjoy taking my car to Martin's. Not only are they nice but if you call ahead, they do not forget you and move on to a new customer.... This was my second visit to their business and I feel they have done a great job both times, going above and beyond in my opinion. Also, the fact that they pick you up and drop you off to leave and retrieve your car is a plus. I cannot say how valuable that is to me so I don't have to find a ride or deal with a taxi! Several items completed in one day at a cost lower than estimated.

The total cost of the service Martin's performed was significantly less than the estimate I received; Glen continues to search for the best quality deals and passes those savings on to the customers. The quality of work is 2nd to none and even if something were to go wrong, Martin's does something a lot of garages no longer do - MARTIN'S STANDS BEHIND THEIR WORK. I have been taking our vehicles to Martin's for roughly 8 years with no regrets. I ALWAYS recommend them to fellow employees when asked about mechanics.

Called in afternoon to see if my auto concern could be looked at (just for me to get a feel about the importance). They made it happen...even took a neighborhood drive. We scheduled a drop off the next day. Mid afternoon that next day...problem resolved...and their diagnosis was on spot. Drives like a dream...fair cost to fix...even provided a nice rental while I waited.
