Meet the Martin's Auto Repair Team

Dave Martin – Owner

Hi I’m Dave! I started working for Martin’s Auto Repair when I was about 10 years old pulling weeds out of planters and cleaning up. I worked my way up to managing my parents’ business and now I am proud to be the 2nd generation owner. I guess you could say it’s in my blood. I’ve been married since 1992 to Bo and we have one daughter, Qamree. I am a football freak and my passion is following the Dallas Cowboys.I am proud to be on the Board of Directors for the Spina Bifida Association of Arizona. Giving back to our community is what I feel is one of the biggest rewards I give myself. There is no other feeling better than helping someone in need or just changing a moment in someone’s life for the better.

Glenn – Service Advisor

Glenn is my younger brother growing up in the auto repair business as I did.
Glenn left us about 9 years ago to pursue another business and lucky for us, came back in 2010. Glenn is usually the first face to greet you when you arrive to our shop. He helps us with customer service as our service advisor. Growing up in this business has given Glenn the ability to assist all our customers with the highest quality service and knowledge. Glenn has four children, (3 boys and 1 girl.) Glenn is one of our best assets and customers love him.

Craig – General Manager

Nicknamed C.J., he came to work with us in 1986. He is my General Manager and right-hand man. He also keeps our office computers up and running. C.J. is a master technician with a L-1 advanced engine performance certification and the best technician I have ever worked with. C.J. takes a lot of pride in the work that we do and he makes sure our shop performs at the highest level possible. C.J. has been married since 1985 and has two boys (Christopher and Austin.) Technical junky is the best description of C.J. he enjoys repairing computers as a hobby. He likes to go up north with his family, ride ATVs and mountain bike on trails out in the middle of nowhere. He is a big asset to our team.

Bonita Martin – Office Manager

Everyone calls her Bo. She is my wonderful wife, business partner and mother of our only daughter Qamree. Bo started working with me in 2006. She is the brains behind all the needed office work and bookkeeping. Not to mention, her biggest job … keep me organized (and let me tell you, that’s not easy.)

Bo loves to read, travel, spend time with friends and family and most of all watch Qamree play softball. It is great to be able to spend each day with my best friend.

Diana- Marketing

Diana is our marketing and community liaison. You will see her at networking events, community fundraisers and hands on with the Spina Bifida Association of Arizona. Diana’s background is in non-profit fundraising and marketing so she has been able to bring her passion for both of these skills into the shop. Connecting with our community is as important to her as it is to me.Diana has two daughters, Megan and Landon who follow in her footsteps of being from Dallas, Texas and you know what that means, they are die hard Cowboys, Longhorns, Mavericks and Rangers fans. As Diana says, “You can’t grow up in Dallas and not be a crazy fan of all these teams.” She is very involved with her church and her daughters school. Diana is a true help to Martin’s.
